Project Manager
TetraLogical is looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, to help us deliver projects on time, on budget, and to an excellent standard.
It's a part-time position in a distributed team with global clients, with a good salary and vacation, suitable for someone who has a strong work ethic and a proven project management track record.

About you
You'll be a capable Project Manager with two years of experience who is comfortable being part of a collaborative organisation, where everyone is respected for who they are and what they do.

What you’ll need
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Good knowledge of common project management concepts, principles, and methodologies
- Ability to work creatively and analytically, demonstrating problem solving, collaboration, and innovation
- Demonstrable experience of managing projects (preferably but not essentially in the accessibility space)
- Ability to identify additional opportunities with existing customers, and support the sales process as opportunities are explored
What you’ll be doing
Your regular activities will be:
- Managing multiple projects on a day-to-day basis, verifying that the correct deliverables have been produced within the specified time constraints, and achieving the outcomes described in the proposal
- Managing project resources and scheduling
- Managing non-technical Quality Assurance for projects

You'll be provided with a Macbook and licenses for all the software you'll be using.
About the role
It’s a part-time role based on four days a week (exact days to be agreed),, with typical hours being 9AM to 5PM.
The fixed-term contract is for a minimum of 26 weeks and a maximum of 52 weeks, with a 30 day notice period.
Our team is entirely distributed, so you’ll be responsible for your own working location.
You’ll have 24 days’ vacation per annum accrued pro rata for the duration of the fixed-term contract, plus national holidays.
Your salary will be £32,000 per annum paid monthly for the duration of the fixed-term contract, with a 4% employer’s pension contribution, plus a pro rata share of the company’s profit. You'll also receive up to £300 in Amazon vouchers as part of our holiday voucher scheme.
